How quickly do I get paid?

Within 48 hours of approving the test results, by bank transfer, with a self-billed invoice in your company's name.

What if I disagree with the offer after testing?

Then we return the deviating devices free of charge, or destroy them with a certificate at your request. You are not tied to anything.

What do you do with BIOS passwords and management locks?

Release them before collection in Intune, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager or the BIOS. If that is not possible, we price the device as parts. This is set out in the deviation rule.

Fewer than 5 devices?

Then we send you shipping boxes. Shipping is free, and you get the certificate all the same.

Do I get an impact report?

Yes, with every job: how many devices were reused and recycled, and the CO₂ avoided, with the calculation method.
