Everyone says “grade B”. We explain what that means.

Grades are not standardised in this market. That is why we publish our definitions, our test protocol and our defect codes, and use them the same way everywhere: in the shop, in the manifests and on WhatsApp.

All grades are fully working unless a defect code says otherwise. We assess in daylight at a distance of 30 cm.

Test protocol

    Record serial number, model and specifications.

    Erasure

    NIST 800-88 Purge with verification, certificate per drive.

    Testing

    Battery, screen, keyboard, ports, Wi-Fi, camera, audio.

    Grading

    Grade plus defect codes, in daylight at 30 cm.

  • 30-day returns, no reason needed

Lots

  • Sold as described in the manifest
  • If a unit differs from its grade or defect code: replacement or credit
  • If a unit does not work on arrival (DOA): report it within 14 days
